FILTER ROAST

 

Silton's 'Filter Roast' coffee is roasted to a light/medium colour. This style of roast is designed for use with pour over, french press and aeropress brewing methods. Brewing the coffee in these ways will help bring out the fruity, floral and jammy flavour of the coffee.

We recommend that you drink this coffee black to fully enjoy the delicious flavours. However, coffee will still taste great with milk, don't worry!​

ESPRESSO ROAST

 

Silton's 'Espresso Roast' beans are roasted to a medium/dark colour. This style of roast is designed mainly for espresso or espresso style milk based coffees. The coffee will have a deep richness, intensity and good body. If you like your coffee with a strong flavour then 'Espresso Roast' coffees will be the ones for you!
